First up: tell us about yourself. Your personal goals, your health history, your nutrition and current fitness levels…complete our “Health Snapshot” questionnaire and get a bunch of HealthMiles.
Complete a Health Snapshot,
(one per year required)

GET ACTIVE

Put on that pedometer and go. It’s the best way to earn HealthMiles. The more steps you get, the more HealthMiles you earn. Upload your steps a couple times a week; your GoZone remembers which steps you took on which day.
Wear your GoZone pedometer & upload:
up to 7,000 steps
up to 12,000 steps
up to 20,000 steps
over 20,000 steps
20 HealthMiles per day
60 HealthMiles per day
80 HealthMiles per day
100 HealthMiles per day
You can also log your activity in the Activity Journal on the LifeZone web site.
10 HealthMiles per activity (max of 100 HealthMiles per day for GoZone steps & logged activity)
 

CHECK IN

We want you to be checking your stats, monitoring your progress, reading up on health & fitness news… and spending your hard-earned rewards. Visit the LifeZone web site as often as you like; you’ll get HealthMiles for a couple visits per week.

MEASURE UP

Your blood pressure, weight and body fat percentage are important indicators of overall health, so it’s important to measure up on a regular basis (we’ll reward you for doing so once a month). Earn HealthMiles for taking your measurements on the HealthZone kiosk, and then earn extra if they improve or were good to begin with.
